Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a service team of 30 persons to achieve set performance goals and maintain high service quality standards.
  • Develop and implement service procedures and policies aligned with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance, diagnostic processes, and complex repairs to guarantee customer satisfaction and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Monitor key service performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve service department efficiency and customer experience.
  • Coordinate warranty claim processes and ensure compliance with all warranty guidelines and regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales and parts to streamline service operations and enhance overall dealership performance.
  • Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are followed within the workshop.
  • Implement continuous training and development programs for service staff to upgrade their technical knowledge and skills.
  • Prepare regular reports on workshop performance, customer feedback, and staff productivity for senior management review.
  • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts needed for workshop operations.
  • Analyze service trends and customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement and operational improvement.
