Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial records and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
Reconciliation of all financial records
Process payroll and ensure timely submission of tax filings and reports.
Handle school-related financial transactions such as tuition fees, fundraising income, and petty cash.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
Collaborate with administrative staff to improve financial procedures and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh - 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an educational or nonprofit environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial personnel.
