Graphic Designer

The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in design tools and a deep understanding of design principles. Although this position does not include managing a team, it calls for effective collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly with different departments and stakeholders. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for ensuring consistency in branding and enhancing the visual impact of marketing materials across digital and print channels. Candidates should be adaptable, willing to take direction, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Create and deliver original graphic designs for both digital and print media in line with company branding guidelines.
Develop layouts and visual concepts for brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
Utilize Adobe Photoshop extensively to manipulate images, enhance photographs, and produce graphics.
Work with Corel Draw to finalize designs for print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives.
Adjust and revise designs based on feedback from internal teams or clients while maintaining the integrity of the original concepts.
Prepare files for printing and follow up with print vendors to ensure production standards are met.
Maintain an organized library of design assets and ensure all work adheres to copyright legalities and company brand standards.
Stay updated with emerging design trends and techniques to continuously improve work quality.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality outputs within deadlines.
