Cyngro is looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role involves close collaboration with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, UI/UX designers, product owners, and business development teams to ensure the successful delivery of SaaS products. The position is full-time and based onsite in Wapda Town, Lahore, with working hours from 7 PM to 4 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of SaaS products, including planning, deployment, and continuous improvements after release.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, UI/UX Designers, Product Owners, and Business Development teams to drive project success.
- Plan and control project scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and resolve blockers to ensure smooth workflows.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication of project status with internal stakeholders and clients for transparency.
- Enforce best practices and standards to ensure product quality, scalability, and successful releases.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Software Project Manager.
- Demonstrated experience managing SaaS products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid technical expertise in React.js, Next.js, NestJS, Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and modern web and mobile application architectures.
- Good knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub for repository management, pull requests, branch management, code reviews, and version control workflows.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong grasp of software architecture, release management, sprint planning, and product delivery processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple technical teams and concurrent software projects.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite role located in Wapda Town, Lahore, with working hours from 7 PM to 4 AM. The salary range for this position is Rs100,000 to Rs150,000 per month. This opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic environment, managing critical SaaS projects and collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software products.
