As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales transactions. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
  3. Actively prospect and qualify leads to generate new sales opportunities.
  4. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain a high level of customer engagement.
  5. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  7. Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to optimize the sales process and improve customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  9. Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, aiming for quick resolution and customer retention.
  10. Participate in sales training and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements: Matric/Intermediate students can also apply.
