Business Development Associate or Executive

TechPrysm is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate or Executive to join our team at our DHA Phase 8 Lahore office. This full-time, onsite role requires a candidate who is ready to work from 4pm to 1am and has at least one year of experience in business development. The ideal candidate does not have previous team management experience but is eager to contribute independently to our growth initiatives. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships to support the companys expansion goals. The Business Development Associate plays a vital role in generating leads, developing proposals, and maintaining consistent communication with clients via email and follow-ups. The position demands strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a proactive approach to generating B2C leads. The candidate will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities

Identify and generate high-quality B2C leads using various methods including research and networking.
Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs and align with company offerings to increase conversion rates.
Maintain timely and professional communication with clients through email, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of client requirements and company capabilities for seamless service delivery.
Track and report on daily outreach activities and sales pipeline progress to management.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and client satisfaction.
Manage routine administrative tasks related to business development to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Work proactively during assigned shifts to meet or exceed set targets and contribute to team goals.
