We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female Virtual Assistant with proven experience in managing Shopify and Amazon stores.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on Shopify and Amazon
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer inquiries professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Analyze performance data and prepare weekly reports
- Provide general administrative and operational support
Requirements:
- Female candidate only (as per team preference)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Shopify and Amazon platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Reliable, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
