We invite applications for the position of Unit Head Collections and Recovery in our Collections and Recovery Division - Digital Banking Group.

Grade: Band-5 to Band-3

Location: Lahore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the collections tele team across the country.
  • Lead, strategize, and manage centralized telephonic collection operations to effectively control delinquency and non-performing loans (NPLs).
  • Monitor monthly Collection/Recovery targets and enhance the reward/incentive plan for departmental performance improvement.
  • Motivate team members to meet their assigned targets through daily performance monitoring.
  • Proactively manage seasonal impacts on collections, recoveries, and delinquencies by implementing pre-emptive measures.

Tele-Collection Strategy and Operations:

  • Lead the tele-collection function, covering all delinquency buckets.
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve contractability and payment-to-promise (PTP) conversion.
  • Ensure achievement of collection targets and reduction in roll-forward rates.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage team leaders who oversee tele-collection officers (TCOs).
  • Responsible for manpower planning, rostering, performance management, and staff retention.
  • Conduct regular performance review meetings with team leaders to drive a performance culture.

Portfolio Analysis and Strategy:

  • Analyze collection reports, data cuts, and portfolio trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Review bucket-wise movements, vintage trends, promise kept rates, and flow rates to refine calling strategies.

Policy, Process, and Compliance:

  • Ensure the tele-operation functions within the approved collection policy and code of conduct.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines regarding collection calling hours and customer interactions.
  • Promote discipline, punctuality, and professionalism on the tele-floor.

Coordination and Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate seamlessly with Field Collections for non-contactable and broken PTP cases.
  • Liaise with Recovery, Legal, and Risk departments for escalated and chronic accounts.
  • Coordinate with IT and support functions for system uptime and operational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized University/Foreign University.

Experience: Minimum 09 years of relevant Banking/Non-Banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of October 21, 2026.
