The HR Officer is responsible for accurately receiving, entering, and managing HR-related documentation and transactions. This includes tracking documents, addressing payroll-related queries, organizing training activities, and ensuring timely collection and verification of employee records. The role demands the ability to coordinate with multiple school areas and offices to prepare periodic reports on staff allowances and faculty awards. Additionally, the HR Officer ensures compliance with policies and standard operating procedures and follows up on pending HR issues to maintain smooth operational workflows.
