The successful candidate possesses 5 to 7 years of practical experience, ideally within multi-branch organizations, demonstrating their capacity for independent financial reporting and performance analysis at the branch level. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly formulas and pivot tables, and familiarity with ERP or accounting software are vital. Responsibilities also encompass bank and branch reconciliations, cost control initiatives, variance analysis, and tax filing compliances specific to Pakistan. Strong communication skills aid in delivering comprehensive financial reports and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain financial integrity and facilitate effective budgeting and forecasting processes.
Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
Maintain precise records of revenues and expenses across branches.
Prepare comprehensive profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Develop detailed branch-wise profitability reports and analyze financial performance to identify profitable and loss-making units.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management review.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support organizational financial planning.
Monitor and control branch expenses by identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct bank, receivables, payables, and branch account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Assist with tax calculations, filing, and compliance in accordance with Pakistani regulations.
Coordinate effectively with auditors and tax consultants during audits and inspections.
Visit multiple branches to perform audits, reconciliations, and assess financial health on-site.
Provide accurate and timely financial data to support managements decision-making process.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables, to analyze financial data efficiently.
Leverage ERP/accounting software to streamline accounting operations and reporting.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws impacting the organization.
