• Facilitating dissemination of information on performance management process, procedures and policies.
  • Assisting staff in Performance Contracting, quarterly target setting and identification of performance measures                  
  • Ensuring staff and faculty to hold discussions to manage and monitor performance.
  • Preparation of performance management training (wherever applicable) and sensitization programme.
  • Prepare & Review performance improvement plans reports
  • Attending to staff/faculty queries on performance appraisal
  • Prepare & assist data consolidation for Staff Promotion Board
  • Assist Manager in preparing new policies/Revision is existing procedures
  • Responsible for developing job descriptions UMT wide
  •  Develop yearly forecast and maintain organograms
