Job Opening:

Job responsibilities:

  • Matching, batching and coding accounts Payable invoices
  • Reconciling invoices received with internal reports to ensure no discrepancy
  • Liaising with suppliers in the event of discrepancies
  • Month end statement reconciliation
  • Prepare weekly payment run
  • Process month end journals
  •  Prepare weekly spend reports
  • Ad-hoc tasks as and when required
  • Only for female candidates (there is no male working in this company, all employees are female)

Preferred education:

  • Graduate Degree in accounting or finance or commerce
  • Job timing: 2 pm to 10 pm
