Urban Developers (A Chartered Town Planner) is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Development, Infrastructure, and Projects initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with 15 years of extensive experience in infrastructure and real estate development. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use real estate projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational standards. The role involves managing multiple project sites, coordinating with contractors and consultants, controlling budgets, and directing project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. As a Senior Manager, you will lead and mentor a diverse team of 60 professionals, fostering collaboration and driving performance excellence. You will apply your expertise in capital project planning, feasibility studies, and business case development to optimize project delivery. This position demands strong leadership, meticulous project and program management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of housing societies, land development, and infrastructure frameworks. Your role is critical in shaping sustainable urban development and delivering value-added infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure and real estate development projects from inception through completion.
Develop and oversee capital project plans, conduct feasibility analyses, and prepare robust business cases to support project approvals and funding.
Manage a substantial team of 60 professionals, providing clear direction, support, and performance management to achieve project objectives.
Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, implement cost-control measures, and advise on financial adjustments to maintain budget compliance.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals.
Monitor project schedules, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Conduct comprehensive feasibility and options analyses to determine the most advantageous development pathways.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout all project phases.
Facilitate the integration of cross-functional teams and resources to optimize project efficiencies and outcomes.
Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership and external partners.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
