We are well- known Freight Forwarder in Karachi; we are searching for Accounts Executive

  • Maintain clear and concise accounting and tax work papers.
  • Handling allocations and approvals in Accounts Payable and General Ledger systems.
  • Creating documentation to explain how to do certain accounts payable accounts receivable and financial functions within great plains.
  • Creating written procedures on how to compile, pay, and properly code the city and county sales use taxes on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Assisting accounts receivable with the cleanup of the customer's outstanding balances.
  • Documenting how to do the bank reconciliations for the company's bank accounts.
  • Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
  • Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
  • Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
  • supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
  • Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
