We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging designs, and experience leading design projects across digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts, overseeing brand consistency, and mentoring junior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute high-quality designs for digital, print, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.
Lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to innovative campaign ideas.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh perspectives.
Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to help grow the design team’s capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools.
Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, and video editing is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work across digital and print mediums.
