Verifier | Call Center / BPO

Theevioo Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident and motivated Verifiers to join its growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills and exhibit professionalism when interacting with customers. This role focuses on accurately verifying customer information, conducting verification calls according to campaign requirements, and maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Key Responsibilities
- Verify customer information accurately and professionally.
- Conduct verification calls in line with campaign guidelines.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers during interactions.
- Adhere consistently to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all verification calls.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues or escalate concerns when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong listening and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
- Availability to work night shifts.
