You'll be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Head Office Peshawar office, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring high standards of student support and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and administration of the branch
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of education counsellors and support staff
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve student recruitment and revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, and partner institutions
- Monitor market trends and student needs to develop new services and opportunities
- Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with visa and admission processes
- Organise events such as education fairs, university visits, and webinar.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Business, or related fields)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international education or student recruitment
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong understanding of overseas education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and MS Office
