We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at ParkView City. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales revenue, developing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships in real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management regularly, providing insights into sales performance and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum 2 years of experience in real estate segment.
  • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in CRM or LMS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
