As an HR Assistant Manager at Vista Group, you play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department by facilitating various HR functions that contribute significantly to the overall health of the organization. Your primary focus is on enhancing employee relations, optimizing performance management systems, assisting in recruitment and selection processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of HRIS software. You are expected to help mitigate conflicts and provide effective conflict resolution strategies while also overseeing payroll management tasks. This position requires individuals with strong data management skills who can efficiently handle payroll processing systems and maintain time and attendance records. With at least three years of experience in a real estate company HR department, you bring a wealth of knowledge that is essential for the success of our HR initiatives. Though this role does not involve managing a team, collaboration with other HR professionals and departments is essential to achieve desired outcomes.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts timely and equitably.
  • Assist in creating and implementing performance management systems that support employee development and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate recruitment and selection processes by coordinating job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Utilize HRIS software to manage employee data, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Support payroll management by ensuring accurate payroll processing, including data entry, verification of time and attendance records, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational culture and objectives.
  • Conduct analyses on HR metrics and data to identify trends, making recommendations for improvements to enhance HR performance.
  • Assist in the training and development of employees by identifying training needs and facilitating professional development opportunities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR services and operational efficiency.
