Maintenance Enginner

Vivo Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer specialized in electrical and electronic systems to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on receiving and handling mobile phones sent by customers and distributors for repair while maintaining clear and professional communication with all involved parties. The Maintenance Engineer studies specialized materials and guidance related to mobile phone technology and works diligently to meet customer demands regarding products and services. This position requires proactive collaboration with management to complete various tasks and improve overall performance. The Maintenance Engineer must respond promptly to any technical issues, provide accurate feedback, and address professional and technical inquiries from customers. This role demands a highly organized individual capable of stepping into service consultant responsibilities as needed when they are busy or unavailable. The successful candidate will be involved in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical repair while keeping quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront. Although this position does not manage a team, it involves substantial coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth repair operations. Responsibilities

Receive mobile phones from customers or distributors for repair and manage their processing efficiently.
Maintain continuous and professional communication with customers and distributors to update them on repair status and service progress.
Study and utilize specialized technical materials and guidance documents related to mobile phone repair and maintenance.
Satisfy customer demands by delivering quality products and repair services promptly and effectively.
Assist management by completing assigned tasks geared towards improving service performance and repair quality.
Provide timely feedback on technical issues and track resolution progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
Answer technical and professional questions posed by customers regarding their devices and services.
Fill in as a service consultant when required, managing customer interactions and service coordination during their absence.
Perform hands-on equipment maintenance, electrical repairs, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in mobile devices.
Follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
Keep accurate records of repairs, diagnostics, and customer interactions in line with company standards.
Work collaboratively with the technical team and management to optimize repair processes and minimize downtime.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Director to support departmental objectives and operational functionality.
