Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Vortex Webs is seeking a motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on initiating contact with potential clients through outbound calls to generate interest in our products or services. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing and excels in clear communication and objection handling. The position requires proficiency in using CRM software and sales dialer tools to manage leads and schedule appointments efficiently. The Cold Caller / Appointment Setter plays a critical role in driving the sales pipeline by setting qualified appointments for the sales team. Candidates must possess strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor messaging accordingly. Though this role does not involve team management, it demands self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to follow call scripting techniques to ensure consistent and productive client interactions.
Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Vortex Webs products and services.
Effectively use call scripting techniques to deliver clear and persuasive messages.
Handle client objections and questions professionally to maintain engagement.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team to follow up.
Maintain and update client information and call outcomes using CRM software.
Utilize sales dialer tools to maximize calling efficiency and track performance.
Listen actively to identify customer needs and provide relevant information.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication to increase conversion rates.
Report daily call activities, appointment settings, and lead statuses to management.
Continuously improve calling techniques based on feedback and performance analytics.
