Key Responsibilities:

Execute full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating and finalizing agreements.
Engage in performance-based hiring and direct recruitment strategies to identify and secure top talent.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and align their career goals with suitable roles.
Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and negotiate terms of agreement with candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between employers and potential candidates.
Cultivate strong relationships with Vendor Management personnel to ensure effective collaboration.
Develop and implement sales strategies, contributing to business development and acquisition efforts.
Conduct background and reference checks in accordance with client requirements.
Manage a personal portfolio of client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
Utilize recruiting, advertising, and networking to identify potential candidates.
Pre-screen candidates based on employer requirements and assess their presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, whether in person, on the phone, or via email.
Display a proactive temperament, a strong work ethic, and self-discipline.
Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet goals and achieve results.
Exhibit a self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit.
