Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

2. Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the visa consultancy industry, both locally and internationally.

3. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including individuals, families, businesses, and corporate partners.

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas for growth and differentiation.

5. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure new business and partnerships.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market insights.

9. Stay abreast of changes in visa regulations, immigration policies, and industry best practices to inform business strategies and client offerings.

10. Continuously assess and optimize business development processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles, preferably within the visa consultancy or immigration services industry.

3. Strong understanding of visa regulations, immigration processes, and global mobility trends.

4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

8. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
