We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative for entering into new market. The individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales leads for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to expand their portfolio and networking in the international market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels including email outreach, social media engagement, and target research.
  • Initiate contact with prospects and qualify leads through effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to track progress, update customer information, and prioritize follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate closely with management to hand off qualified leads and provide detailed background information to facilitate sales conversions.
  • Follow-up on marketing-generated leads and queries to assess them and move to the sales pipeline.
  • Utilize sales tools and platforms to streamline lead generation, prospecting, and outreach efforts and optimize sales productivity.
  • Utilize sales guides and objection handling techniques to overcome objections, address concerns, and maintain momentum during calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of call activity, lead status updates, and appointment outcomes to track and measure conversion success.
  • Create a steady stream of qualified leads based on company predefined criteria and objectives.
  • Utilize various channels to ensure potential company alignment within the target market.
  • Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns through email marketing and other relevant channels.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Tailor relevant information and insights to ensure effective conversion and schedule appointments for sales conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, or related field, or minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Self-directed and willing to learn new skills.
