We are looking for services of storekeeper / Warehouse charge to independently manage our stores.

We are a distributor company dealing in various Plywood & Hardware items.
The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in independently heading some stores.
Candidate should be well versed with store-related software.
Our software is on ERP.
Those who have worked in related stores will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Control

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all goods.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variances with system records.
Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate availability of materials to meet customer demands.
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize loss, damage, and obsolescence.
Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately in the ERP or inventory management system.

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

Assist with local purchases of goods.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply issues.
Obtain quotes, prepare purchase requests, and support procurement in vendor evaluation.

Warehouse & Storage Management

Oversee proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory to maintain quality and safety standards.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
Analyze trends in inventory usage and recommend improvements.
Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations of inventory movements.
