Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Wild Wings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, business development, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and local businesses. Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure optimal performance, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members.
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and concerns.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase foot traffic, and enhance brand visibility in the local community.
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to drive sales, promote special events, and expand our customer base.
Build long-term relationships with clients and regular patrons by providing personalized service, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

Qualifications:
