Work Together is seeking a motivated Social Media Executive with a strong background in managing paid social media advertising campaigns and handling various social media platforms. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in executing social media strategies that engage target audiences and drive brand awareness. This role requires expertise in creating and managing paid ads, utilizing social media analytics, and optimizing content schedules to maximize reach. The Social Media Executive will work closely with the marketing team to support digital marketing efforts but does not have direct team management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to promote company products and services across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and Facebook Insights to optimize ad spend and improve campaign effectiveness.
Create and maintain a consistent content calendar by scheduling social media posts using scheduling tools to ensure regular and timely audience engagement.
Manage daily social media activities including content creation, publishing, and community interaction to foster brand loyalty and attract potential customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media campaigns into wider marketing strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Use Facebook Ads Manager and other paid social advertising platforms to set up, monitor, and adjust advertising campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs.
Stay current with social media trends, new tools, and best practices to continually enhance the companys social media presence and advertising results.
Analyze competitors social media and advertising strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Report regularly on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to stakeholders.
Ensure paid ad campaigns comply with platform policies and internal guidelines to maintain brand integrity and avoid penalties.
