WE ARE HIRING – FLOOR STAFF

Position: Store Assistant / Floor Staff

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in locating products and items.
  • Arrange and organize products on supermarket shelves.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
  • Check product prices, labels and expiry dates.
  • Guide customers regarding product availability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned aisles.
  • Coordinate with store management and other staff.

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Well-mannered, responsible and punctual.

     


Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in locating products and provide guidance on product availability.
  • Arrange, organize, and maintain products on supermarket shelves to ensure optimal presentation.
  • Maintain product displays ensuring shelves are properly stocked and tidy at all times.
  • Check product prices, labels, and expiry dates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned aisles to uphold store standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with store management and other employees to enhance store operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and fostering a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Adhere to store policies, procedures, and safety regulations during daily activities.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development as provided by the company.
  • Support inventory management by reporting stock shortages and replenishing items as needed.
