We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented accountants to join our team at XAXU Pakistan and Lahore Pharma. The ideal candidates should have a full grasp of QuickBooks and advanced proficiency in financial Excel. As accountants, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate financial statements, maintaining ledgers, conducting financial planning and forecasting, and ensuring precision in inventory and bank reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage and record financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date ledgers to ensure accurate financial records.
- Conduct financial planning and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform inventory reconciliations to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
- Complete bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights.
- Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant with a strong command of QuickBooks and advanced financial Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, ledgers, and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
