- Finding, sourcing, and identifying investors with investment needs.
- Present project proposal to the investor and analyze the best investment plan based on client preferences.
- Analyze the market investor and their needs and approach them with the proposal.
- Revenue generation by virtue of internal & external project sales targets
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
- Securing a project sales deal by advertising, marketing, promoting, preparing and presenting project offerings & proposals to clients to convince them.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate product & market knowledge, particularly in project sales field.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure client satisfaction and work towards long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing and sales.
- Proven record of 1+ experience as an investment advisor or salesperson.
- Have some real estate experience with investment advisor.
- Have strong communication and customer query handling skills.
- Able to communicate in English
