We are looking for a professional and presentable Front Desk Officer / Receptionist to manage our reception area and be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • 1+ year of relevant experience preferred (fresh candidates may also apply).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

  • Good command over Urdu and English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.
