Zdigitizing is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers primarily through multichannel communication including phone, email, and live chat. The representative will respond promptly to inquiries, provide accurate information about our services and pricing, and manage order placements and updates using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat within established response times.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and detailed information regarding products, services, pricing, and processes to customers.
- Manage order processing tasks such as placement, edits, and ensure precise data entry in CRM and helpdesk systems.
- Track customer orders and provide timely updates while assisting with account and service-related queries.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining professionalism and aiming to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy in communication and documentation to minimize errors and reduce rework.
- Follow up consistently with customers to confirm resolution of their issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify patterns in recurring customer issues and collaborate with the team to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Comply with organizational policies, standards, and procedures to uphold service quality and company reputation.
- Maintain effective multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Utilize basic technical troubleshooting to assist customers and support service continuity.
- Adapt to rotational shift schedules and maintain availability to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure work continuity by having a personal laptop or computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection and backup power supply.
- Commit to company policies and contractual agreements while maintaining professionalism in all communications and tasks.
