For our Knitted Garments Factory, we require a Garment Factory Manager with the following criteria:
- The candidate should be Graduate
- Minimum 5 Years Experience working as Factory In-charge / Manager in any Export Oriented Knitted Garments Factory.
- Very Active on Floor & Strong in Knits Garments Production/Floor Management.
- Capable of Producing Export Quality Garments with minimum wastage/rejection.
- Should have very good Knowledge and Experience of:
- I/E and Line Alignment/Management.
- Quality issues of Knitted Garments.
- Effectively Training & Managing Line Supervisors and Checkers.
Controlling Wastage / Rejects in garment production
