Drone operator/ videographer - Job descriptions
- Operate drone equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct pre-flight checks of equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust drone flight accordingly
- Operate camera efficiently and creatively, to capture high-quality images or video
- Download and review footage after each flight to ensure video is recorded as per the requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all flights, including date, time, location, and duration
- Keep abreast of new drone technology and developments in the industry
- Assist with maintenance and repair of drones and related equipment as needed
- Able to handle video gadgets, i.e. DSLR, SSLR, drone cameras
- Designing video timelines and editing videos on various Adobe tools, i.e. Premier Pro, After Effects etc.
- Making videos of events, various projects, site videos, social media videos (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven experience as a drone operator
- Must have a creative sense, to shoot innovative videos
- Strong knowledge of using drone software, programs and tools to complete a task
- Strong hands on for handling video equipment, i.e. DSLR, SSLR, Drones etc.
- Proven track record of making attractive videography timelines, video editing software like Adobe Primer Pro, Adobe After Effects etc.
- Expert in making outdoor videos, social media videos, and covering videos of the events
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
This position is Rawalpindi based, and requires moderate traveling
