Safety Supervisor

Zoom Marketing Oils Pvt Ltd, a leading oil marketing company, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Safety Supervisor for the Sheikhupura region. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about promoting a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety protocols and practices.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss occurrences, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
Collaborate with management and employees to establish safety goals and objectives.
Monitor and enforce compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and trainings.
Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote safety awareness among employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
Proven experience in the oil marketing industry, preferably in an OMC-related role.
Possession of NEBOSH and IOSH certifications is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations and industry best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively train and educate employees on safety protocols.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
