Education :
B.com, BSc, BBA, M.Com, or 2 years associate degree or any other relevant degree.
(Must be a graduate)
Requirements & Skills:
- Well-groomed & Confident personality
- Excellent Communication Skills
- MS Office (Excel, word)
- Computer Literate
- Proactive personality
- Must be able to work in shifts during Ramadan.
- Must be presentable.
Experience :
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or in any other customer service is mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting & welcoming customers
- Dealing with inquiries, complaints and emergencies
- Undertaking administrative & operational tasks acting as a central manager for the branch of the company
- Keeping customer, statistical and financial records
- Coordination with doctors in terms of setting appointments, consultations, follow up calls and reminder calls
- Supervise and monitor the admin and janitorial staff
- Cash handling

Location: Clifton, KHI
NOTE: 40,000 basic + incentives.
