Assistant Front Desk Manager

Education :

B.com, BSc, BBA, M.Com, or 2 years associate degree or any other relevant degree.

(Must be a graduate)

Requirements & Skills:

Well groomed & Confident personality
Excellent Communication Skills
MS Office (Excel, word)
Computer Literate
Proactive personality

Experience :

Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center or in any other customer service is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities:

> Greeting & welcoming customers> Dealing with inquiries, complaints, and emergencies> Undertaking administrative & operational tasks and supporting the central manager for the branch of the company> Coordination with doctors in terms of setting appointments, consultations, follow up calls, and reminder calls> Supervise and monitor the admin and janitorial staff> Cash handling> Available as a Back-Up Center Manager in other 3D Branches in Lahore when instructed by CSM
