Pre Sales Engineer

We looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in technical communication and solution design.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions.
Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process to assist clients in understanding the capabilities and benefits of our products/services.
Work closely with the product development team to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements.
Develop and deliver technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
Assist in creating project plans and cost estimates.
Engage in customer meetings to address technical queries and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BBA/ BS/ BSCS/ ENGINEERING/ Bachelor’s degree.
Freshie or 1 year of relevant experience.
Hands-on command over telecom and solutions-related technologies.
Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of top leading IT brands (SANGFOR, CISCO, MICROSOFT, HP, HPE, DELL, LEONOVO, HUAWEI, FORTINET, BARRACUDA, SOPHOS, TREND-MICRO, DLINK, FANVIL, GRANDSTREAM, AMAZON AWS & VEEAM).
Ability to demonstrate corporate products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
