ABOUT THE JOB
Designing marketing and developing sales strategies according to customer requirements aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets. Buy or sell property for clients. Perform duties, such as study property listings, meetup prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale/purchases and draw up real estate contracts including agents who represent buyer / seller. Becoming a successful Entrepreneur requires a lot of networking and contacts. Eventually, word of mouth begins to spread and a lot of work can be done on a referral basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying Product, direct owners of the properties or their representatives and noting down the selling prices, giving them offers on behalf of investors and writing down the final asking price of sale out, ensuring the true seller.
