We are looking for a proactive and friendly Female Customer Support Representative to join our team at 7 Sky Solutions. In this role, you will assist customers by answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and messages professionally.
- Respond to customer queries on phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Help customers with basic troubleshooting and guidance.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Requirements:
- Female, aged 18–35 years.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly attitude and patience with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfortable using chat tools.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
Salary: PKR 25,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience)
