This is a Full-Time position.

Website Management: The eCommerce manager will oversee the company's website operations. This includes ensuring the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date with products, pricing, and promotions. They will also coordinate website maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the site for better performance and conversions.

Online Sales Strategy: This role involves developing and executing the online sales strategy to drive revenue and achieve business objectives. The eCommerce manager will analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to formulate effective sales plans. They may also collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with the online sales strategy.

Product Catalog Management: The eCommerce manager will be in charge of managing the product catalog, including adding new products, updating product information, and ensuring accurate inventory levels. They will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain a comprehensive and well-organized product catalog.

Customer Experience Enhancement: This role focuses on improving the overall customer experience on the eCommerce platform. The manager will identify pain points in the user journey, gather customer feedback, and implement changes to enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Order Fulfillment and Logistics: The eCommerce manager will oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate processing, packaging, and shipping of customer orders. They may also work with third-party logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and delivery times.

Data Analytics and Reporting: This role involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior. The eCommerce manager will generate reports and derive insights to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Digital Marketing Coordination: The eCommerce manager will collaborate with the digital marketing team to align online campaigns with sales goals. They may oversee social media promotions, email marketing, and other digital marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the eCommerce platform.

Inventory Management: In this role, the manager will maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations. They will work closely with the purchasing and warehouse teams to manage inventory efficiently.

Customer Service Oversight: The eCommerce manager will ensure the customer service team provides timely and effective support to address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns. They will set customer service standards and monitor performance.

SEO and SEM Strategies: This role involves implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website rankings in search engines and coordinating Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Marketplace Management: The eCommerce manager may handle the company's presence on third-party marketplaces like Amazon or eBay. They will optimize product listings, manage reviews, and coordinate sales strategies within these platforms.
