We are looking for experienced Property Sales Officer having minium 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate DHA site.
if you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customer to demonstrate our services and you have experience in DHA sites we would like to meet you
Job Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suits them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Research in field
Job Requirement:
- Must have 2 to 3 years of sales experience in DHA site property
- Strong negotiable and convincing skills
- Proven track of successful sales record
