Duties and Responsibilities

Support clients using our Cloud Phone System (VoIP), SIP Trunks, Fixed Line Services, Broadband, Leased Lines Support and Troubleshooting experience of DSL, WAN, LAN, ADSL to a 1st line level
Raising technical support cases against telephone and email requests
Ensure tickets are dealt and responded to within Service Level Agreement Troubleshooting and performing diagnostics to determine problem, testing, and providing solutions to business users
Liaise with customers and suppliers in a professional manner

Skills desirable for the role:

Experience of working in a helpdesk environment is desirable but not a 'must-have'Be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own
Demonstrate the abillity to troubleshoot problems methodically
Strong written and verbal skillsQuick learner and someone who shows a willingness to take on issues so they may improve their own knowledge
