Responsibilities / Duties:

1. Admissions:

  • Act as the principal nexus for potential students, furnishing counsel and elucidation concerning admissions protocols, program prerequisites, and application methodologies
  • Perform interviews and assessments to ascertain the aptness of candidates for particular programs or courses.
  • Collaborate with admissions teams to optimize application procedures and guarantee expeditious processing of applications.
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at augmenting enrollment and attracting top-tier applicants.
  • Sustain current awareness of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to inform and refine admissions strategies.

2. Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and lead a team of admission officers and support staff.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Providing guidance and direction to team members.
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Delegating tasks and responsibilities based on individual strengths and skills.
  • Setting clear goals and expectations for the team.
  • Motivating and inspiring team members to achieve their best.
  • Resolving conflicts and addressing challenges that arise within the team.
  • Serving as a liaison between team members and upper management.
  • Leading by example and demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

3. Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, Chase higher authorities, and resolving issues.
  • Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Managing customer feedback and complaints professionally, seeking opportunities for improvement and resolution.
  • Offering product or service recommendations and upselling opportunities based on customer needs and preferences
  • Educating customers about product features, usage, and benefits to enhance their overall experience.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to facilitate follow-up and analysis.
  • Staying updated on product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a positive brand image and reputation.

4. Compliance:

  • Ensure that the team follows all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and other regulations affecting the study abroad industry.
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Monitoring changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure that policies and procedures remain up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as legal, finance, and operations, to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Responding to inquiries and investigations from regulatory agencies and other external parties.

5. Training of Employees:

  • Identify the training needs of team and coordinate relevant training programs
