Open the cash vault and count the same to ensure the amount is correct as per the last working day ledger.
Properly handle PKR & FC cash.
Sort and count currency and coins.
Double-check the currency count for every transaction execution.
Check remittance receipts while making payments.
Check FC bills while currency exchange payments.
Maintain transaction record.
Maintain PKR & FC cash denomination.
Reconcile cash in case of any difference.
Close the day-end PKR & FC cash with zero difference and assign ledger along with the counter signature of senior.
Maintain day-end cash in a vault under the supervision of a senior officer.
Answer the internal/external auditor queries.
