Responsibilities / Duties:

1. Admissions:

Serve as the main contact person for prospective students, providing guidance and clarification on admission procedures, program requirements, and application methods.
Carry out interviews and evaluations to assess the suitability of candidates for particular programs or courses.
Work together with admissions teams to simplify application processes and guarantee prompt processing of applications.
Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and attract high-quality applicants
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to inform admissions strategies.

2. Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote educational programs, courses, and services.
Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media, and advertisements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maximize outreach and exposure.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Making videos for social media.
Interact with different agents and referrals

3. Quality Checking:

Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services
Conduct periodic reviews of course materials, curriculum design, and instructional methods to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
Collect feedback from students, faculty, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Stay informed about accreditation requirements and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
