An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to join a leading international supplier of printed labels to trade and retail customers. We have exciting growth plans and we are currently in the process of developing a sales division within the company focussed on selling cardboard packaging but the role will also involve selling labels as this is the main product of the business.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced sales/business development professional to join our organization and contribute to the growth of our business.

Please note that this role involves a soft sales approach and there is a large focus on relationship building as opposed to cold hard direct sales.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grow and develop sales through effective and consistent outbound activity including phone and email
Build and nurture a robust and healthy sales pipeline consisting of established clients and new business
Research and identify solid leads and new business opportunities
Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients
Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing business
Build and develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Maintain consistent communication and timely follow ups with clients/prospects and be available and responsive to their needs and requirements
Work effectively with internal and external departments to promote sales
Achieve and exceed targets set by the company
Develop great product and company knowledge to support customers with their requirements
Provider cover for team members during periods of absence and/or busy periods

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

IT literate and proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel

Ability to maintain a positive, “winning/can do” attitude at all times
Demonstrable experience in an outbound sales role
Previous customer care experience [desirable]
Knowledge of the self-adhesive label industry [desirable]

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month depending on experience
Additional length of service holiday allowance
Company Healthcare Benefit (Following successful completion of probationary period)

HOURS OF WORK

12pm to 9pm/1pm to 10pm Monday to Friday – shift times will change in line with UK daylight saving time. Currently, the shift is 1pm to 10pm.

Salary: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month depending on experience
