We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our IT team as an IT Assistant. The IT Assistant will provide essential support to our IT department.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, network administration, and user support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a plus.
Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Flexible for rotational shifts
