Champion the adoption and implementation of best practices and methodologies in DevOps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide expert mentorship and technical guidance to junior members of the DevOps team, nurturing their growth and professional development.
Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to optimize software delivery pipelines and enhance overall system performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of DevOps, evaluating their potential for application within our organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software development, system administration, or DevOps roles.
Proven track record of successfully leading DevOps projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong expertise with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, including Kubernetes.
