We want a great team player who will join us in our mission to create top-of-mind awareness and ensure user acquisition and retention through Search Engine Optimization and other strategies while getting trained under highly skilled SEOs.

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to SEO Manager, the responsibilities of the SEO Lead include:

On-Page optimization, After the audit
Analyze visitor’s growth using analytics, search console and SEMrush
Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
Setup events and campaigns tracking for sales stats of all banners and important pages. [Using GTM]
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines
Coordinating /Implementing content, design, social media, marketing & other activities
Must have knowledge of affiliate marketing activities
Developing link building strategies
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
Guest Posting / Outreach for brand awareness
Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance
Must be familiar with Google Merchant and how to work on the feed
Weekly and monthly visitors and revenue performance reporting
Must have experience working with discount websites and communities
Google data Studio knowledge is a must
Must have experience working on ecommerce websites

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelors

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a similar role and 2+ years in leading a team
Good English verbal and written communications skills
Market research/ Market trends research
Audit Ability
Google tools [Tag manager, Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Google search console, Google data studio]
Market outreach ability
Understanding of basic HTML/CSS/JS
Reporting [Excel, PowerPoint, data studio]

Preferred Skills

Strong Knowledge of using SEO Tools like Similar Web, Ahrefs, SemRush,Moz etc
Advance Familiarization with Google Analytics & Search Console

Key Management Areas of Responsibility

Planning overall SEO Strategy
Brand Growth and Brand Awareness
Market Research and Trends
Products Feed Management
Developing and implementing link-building strategies
Collaboration with other departments for the implementation of strategy
and fix issues
Affiliate Program Management
Performance and Reporting
